I am normally a pretty good thank you card writer, so I apologize for not sending any out. But, there were only four days between the shower and when we found out that McKinley was no longer with us and it was the end of the semester so school was crazy. After we found out it would have been pretty painful for me to write them and probably would have been sad/awkward to receive. So I did have you all in mind, too, I promise! But I still want to let you know how thankful I am for everything.
I want to thank everyone who came to McKinley's shower. I really enjoyed it and I am grateful for all of you coming to show your love for her and having fun! Thanks Sherry for putting it together and letting us do it at your house! Thank you for the many wonderful gifts and cards she received. That little girl sure is loved!
This is her closet AFTER I packed some of it away. I left a lot of it, because I couldn't bear to put it all away.
Also a big thank you to everyone's prayers, thoughts, love, and support during and following our trial. We received many beautiful flowers, plant, cards. And I'm sure we received more thoughts and prayers than we know! These are the most recent flowers we received. :)
We are so grateful for all of our fantastic family and friends! We love you all and hope that at some point we can help you as you have helped us.
